Do not skip meals. Eating a balance 3 meals is a great way to overall maintain energy level together with an optimal helathy weight. If you were to skip meals, starve yourself, you will tend to gobble-up foods of low nutrition when you are too hungry. As the saying goes..We are what we eat!
Nutricionist have recommended 3 meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner, with optinal 2 snacks in between. For the amount intake; drink plenty at breakfast and lunch and moderate dinner. Natural extract juices are highly recommeded.
Well, breakfast is the most important for the kick-start of the day. If you have a good one, then you will be fully energised the whole day. Recommeded whole meal bread, cereal, porridge, milk, squeezed juices, fruits and non-fat yogurt.
Second, comes lunch. Vegetables soup is suggested together with noddle, rice, eggs and squeezed fruit juices..(again!!)
Finally, comes dinner. After a long work day, try to choose from category of food which is prefereably low-fat and lean meat, more vegetable, avoid high consumption of foods which are high in fat, sugar and salt.
The fact is all about eating in moderation of foods that provides balance of nutrients. Each food consume has it own plus point of nutrition value. so the variety of food will help your body to get what it need from time to time.
